Dr. Wesley Green
Dr. Wesley Green, M.D., M.S., is a cataract and glaucoma surgeon who joined Ideal Eye Surgery after years of serving the greater St. Louis area. Born in Austin, Texas, to a military family, he spent most of his childhood in Wisconsin near extended family. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences and Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse.
Dr. Grace Paley
Dr. Grace Paley, a board-certified ophthalmologist, specializes in refractive cataract surgery and corneal disease. Following undergraduate studies at Indiana University Bloomington, she earned MD and PhD degrees from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She completed internship at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, and then ophthalmology residency and cornea fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis. During her training, she received several research and teaching awards and was nominated to Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Tonya Bourn
Nancy Buchser, M.D.
Nancy Buchser, M.D., is a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist with expertise in the medical and surgical management of complex glaucoma and cataract conditions. Originally from South Florida, she earned her Medical Doctorate with Research Distinction from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine Honors Program.
She completed her medical internship at the University of Miami, followed by glaucoma research and ocular pathology fellowships at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, where her work in glaucoma screening devices, advanced imaging, and surgical techniques was presented at national conferences. Dr. Buchser completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and pursued advanced clinical fellowship training in glaucoma at Washington University in St. Louis.
